Remember when I tried freezing my fat?

Well, I’m about 70 days post, and it has made a huge difference.

Because I’m not the sort to post before-and-after shots of my naked posterior for all and sundry on the interwebs – even if that’s, like, really only about 20 regular readers – you’ll just have to take my word for it. My banana roll is now more of a teeny-tiny plantain.

I am very, very, very pleased, despite the minor pain, a somewhat extended butt-numbness during recovery, and the exorbitant price tag.

So, overall: RECOMMEND. If you are close to a healthy weight but struggle even at your fittest with a stubborn blob or two, CoolSculpting may just help.

(Interestingly, since my experience, this technology is suddenly ubiquitous in my home market. I’m regularly served up new ads on social, and billboards featuring already-slim women pinching barely perceptible abdominal fat are dotting my Midwestern town’s non-existent skyline.)
